R-X 3 is a group that loves to play Jazz, Pop, R&B, and Latin jazz. We play restaurant’s private parties also corporate parties. We are small group was the big sound.
: Bobby Simmons – Percussionist and Vocals Bobby has played all over the world, with greats such as the late-great Marvin Gaye, Ron Carter, D. J. Rogers, and with the Lanuza Brothers; Fred and Robert, performing some hot Latin Jazz. Bobby’s groups (BSG, Oudelia and EaZie Music Band) have been performing at Summer Pops for the San Diego Symphony pre-shows for the past 12 years. He also plays with: the Martin Luther King Community Choir San Diego, and the UCSD Gospel Choir. Theater Productions: like “And Still I Rise.” He has performed in CCT’s production of “Traditions of Christmas” “ I love to play and wish the music would never stop!
